Great and highly responsive customer support. Sent me an email with assembly instructions and I love the look and quality feel of the product. Don't have it installed on the wall yet, but I'm very hopeful it's going to work great!

IF ONLY I COULD GET SOME DETAILED ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS-I COULD GIVE A GOOD REVIEW

I love the quality look of this curtain rod, but I CANNOT assemble it with the supplied materials. The end cap adapters do not readily go into the rod in order to be secured by the end curved piece. WHERE's the detailed instructions? Also, there should be a packing list itemizing what parts should be in this box. Purchased from Home Depot, delivered quickly, packed securely. Can't use it yet!
