I looked everywhere for a double traverse rod especially for the 145” length that I needed. One rod worked perfectly from the beginning. (Center Open) The other rod: carriers wanted to pull together rather than separately: had tried everything or so I thought. But when I called Rod Desyne they could not have been more kind & patient with me. (I tend to be highly excitable.) I spoke w/the expert & he was very personable & professional. Then when I thanked him he said that he thought that good customer service was missing at a lot of companies these days & that is what they strive for.
